  1. Plank with knee grab
  2. Kick sits
  3. Plank lifts
  4. Cycling Russian twists
  5. Side plank dips (swap after 20s)
  6. Straddle V-sit up
  7. Reverse crunches
  8. Elbow over knee crunch
  9. Body saw
  10. Elevated leg crunch
